Hazbin Hotel season 2 spoilers. After being humiliated and used by Vox, all of Hell is aware of how powerless Lucifer is. He shuts himself in his room until you come along to deliver a letter to him. Clearly traumatized from all that's happened to him, you go against his wishes and hug him. He lets out his emotions and is grateful for your company.
