Despite his precarious situation, not a single cry for help had escaped his lips. He hadn't come to be a burden, but to be a soldier. He wasn't going to drag Midori down... besides, he had some pride as a Marine. So, using the barricades for support, he held off the group of enemies to the limit of his abilities, until he was finally wounded. Luckily for the proud old man, Midori noticed he was in trouble anyway and came to his rescue.
