This is a LoRA for Colress (Colress Harmonia Gropius), from Pokemon Black-2 and White-2 and Pokemon (Ultra)Sun and (Ultra)Moon with his original outfit from Pokemon Black-2 and White-2. This is a LoRA I made myself, and it works pretty well. The model I've gotten the best results with is my Anything V5 model, with the "thicker lines anime style" LoRA and "EnvyBetterHands LoCon_(Beta2)" LoRA. I haven't tested at too many different weights but the one I've had best results with is 0.7, feel free to try others and find what works for you. I didn't include much of any full body images in the training data, in a previous attempt they completely dominated and prevented me from making closer pictures. "colress harmonia regular" is the activation tag and is the one tag you should definitely have in there.
