Trained using images that roughly look like the position you see on the cover. Results seem to be better when used in combination with a LoRA that enlarges futanari penis, otherwise the penis may not reach the mouth.
It is hit or miss if a second penis will be created so it is a bit gacha at the moment. Even with negative prompts for two penises, it is still about a 50/50 chance either way.
