Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece, but this is in his Arm Point form. This is my favorite form of him, but he almost never uses it in the anime/manga anymore.

A bit rare, but sometimes, the AI will have some glitchy generating on his right horn where he's supposed to have a tiny silver horn band. I have no idea why it does that unfortunate, but it doesn't happen often.
This model is not to be used for commercial purposes and generations should never be sold.
