You can use Whatever Model you feel like but if you want your Results to be as close to this Art-Style as possible, i highly suggest the following.
Use: AutismMix SDXL - Lightning (https://pixai.art/model/1725233037590245707) as Model.
Use: LCM&TurboMix LoRA (https://pixai.art/model/1810864716444751086) as additional Lora.
Use Weight 0.8 - 1.0 for this Lora and 1.0 for Turbomix.
Set Sampling Steps to 8 and CFG Scale to 2.0 with Euler A.
