0.7 or above might works fine.I think this pose is not well known enough to give it a call. And the IL might misconsider it to be mating press or missonary. It's not stable enough in my opinion. I'm newbie in training pose ,and hope someone who got well experinced can further train it.I trained it with mmd model, so that I recommend add below in negative.
