V2 In this new version I've mixed the "screen face & tv head" concept with the "expressive mask/helmet" one, which is eyes that express emotions behind a helmet or mask. This mixed well with screen face as the two are often seen together.
Tags can be as follows:
Screen face - more of a 'digital mask'
Screen head - more of a 'digital helmet'
TV head/object head - head is replaced by TV or object, can display faces like above
Mask/helmet/hood - non-digital face coverings. Be sure to include type (gas mask, balaclava, horned helmet, etc.)
No mouth + mouthless
Expressions:
Happy/excited/cheerful
Angry/mad
Irritated/annoyed
Bored/tired
Sad/worried/nervous
Surprised/shocked
Smug/cocky

Including eye color may help with generations. Pupils or nose/nostrils must usually be included as tags to generate them.
Old pony version:
For simple digital faces on screens.
screen head makes it more like the head was replaced with a monitor, use helmet or mask to make it like there's an actual head under there.
Also tagged some simple emotions like happy, mad, surprised, etc.
Really likes to make realism so try using style loras.
