Hyper Muscles 3rd Edition (Illustrious and Pony)

Update Version 3Update 06/13/2026: Version 3 for Pony addedThis version is a total overhaul and I made several improvements to the depiction of the muscles, abs, obliques and especially the breasts. And I also added some Bodybuilding poses.During my testing I noticed that it works unintentionally well with my Royal Blend XL V3 model.But it also works very well with WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL and HDA_Rainbow_Illus.Please see below the new prompt settings (trained tags are marked in orange letters):Recommended strength: 0.6-0.8A Highres fix is recommended to get better results of the fine details.Trigger: muscular female, hyper muscles, thick thighs, biceps (you can also omit hyper muscles and thick thighs in order to make them less big)Optional:abs, obliques, veiny muscles (adding these makes the muscles and abs more detailed.
