This outfit belongs to the character Lacus Clyne from the anime Gundam SEED.

This is the first version of the model, which was created from a small dataset that was gradually expanded during the fine-tuning process. As a result, the dress works well from many angles. However, since the dataset was not perfect, some full-body images may show difficulties in generating the arms. In the local version, the best solution for this issue is the combination of hires.fix + adetailer (as well as any graphic editor). Additionally, some complex angles do not preserve the details of the dress hem. I found a suitable tag to fix this, and in the future, I will strive to improve the model once I have gathered an enhanced dataset.

Lacus Clyne is a beloved character among viewers of the Gundam SEED series, known as a popular and kind-hearted singer from the space colony PLANT. She is a genetically enhanced human called a Coordinator and plays an important role in the story as a leader who seeks to end the war between factions.
