She is Hamtaro's owner. My original plan was making a lora for the hamsters but when I saw that none of the human characters have a lora I said to myself "why not make at least one?" And here we are.

I don't think Hamtaro has a lot of recurring human characters (there is Kana, Haruna's best friend, and Bijou's owner and I think that's it) but I could be wrong.
