An experimental Scale Mail design for any female Vali of your choosing. A more feminine version of the Divine Dividing Balance Breaker since people do love some fem Vali. The updated version brings refinement and a sleeker, more uniform design as envisioned. It hasn't been tested with wings so play around with the design as much as you like.
