Nihilego Queen

When Nihiligo finds the right vessel, it uses its tentacles to parasitize it through a woman's womb. The parasitic individual's pupils disappear, their pupils turn red, their brests become bloated, and their hair and clothing turn dark like Nihiligo's venom. And they reproduce by spawning their own eggs on new individuals, which is why they are usually parasitic around the vessels that are pregnant or in the spawning season
