1girl, 1boy, 2girls, no, 1girl 1boy, red hair, long hair, black dress, hyper diaper, diaper bulge, bulging dress, boy, teenage boy, lying on back, lying on changing table, changing table, open diaper, diaper between legs, wet diaper in trash bin, clean diapers stacked nearby, friendly smile, closed-mouth smile, gentle expression, boy embarrassed, blush, averting gaze, looking away, sweatdrop, from above, high angle, looking down, close-up, indoor, nursery, warm lamp light, soft lighting, glossy finish, spoken_heart
From a high angle above the changing table, looking down, the 18-year-old girl stands on the right side of the frame with long red hair falling forward over her shoulders as she leans in toward the boy. She wears a black dress whose front is pushed sharply outward and upward into a rounded, oversized hyper diaper bulge that strains the fabric, its elastic waistband visible beneath the hem. Her weight rests on her left hip, shoulders angled toward the table, and both of her hands hover close to the boy's hips with fingertips poised near the open diaper's tabs. She smiles down at him with a friendly closed-mouth curve, eyes soft and attentive, chin slightly tilted.
The 16-year-old boy lies on his back on a padded changing table beneath her, head tilted back on a folded towel at the table's far end, the open white diaper unfolded and squared squarely beneath his hips, its edges flattened against the pad and its front panel loose near his navel, not yet fastened. His knees bend slightly upward away from the table. His face turns away toward the lower-left corner of the frame, one eye peeking back toward the girl, mouth pressed small and tight, a faint blush spreading across his cheeks and ears. Both of his hands rest flat on the pad at his sides, fingers loosely curled.
At the lower right, a lidded waste bin stands beside the table, and a rolled, heavy, wet diaper sits wedged in its open mouth, sagging over the rim and slightly darkened with moisture. Clean, folded white diapers are stacked in a tidy pile on a low shelf at the upper right, edges aligned, the topmost one slightly keyed. The warm ceiling lamp above the table is the only light source: it pools bright across the open diaper and the boy's bare shoulders, leaves the girl's face lit from above with soft shadow under her chin and hair, and lets the room's outer corners fall into dim warmth. The glossy finish catches highlights in the wet diaper's plastic and on the table's padded surface. Palette: red, black, white and warm lamp amber only. Tender, softly awkward.
