Two girls from "Love Live" series, Minami Kotori and Sonoda Umi, are depicted from an overhead angle sitting side by side on toilet seats in a girls' restroom. Both wear floral-patterned competitive swimsuits, with their thighs parted and bodies tensed as they relieve themselves. The scene shows urine and feces visible in the toilet bowls below them, emphasizing a close-up on their strained expressions and detailed thigh muscles. The illustration uses anime coloring with careful attention to skin texture, swimsuit fabric patterns, and bathroom setting details.
