A worm's-eye view from the ground looks straight up at the soles of the woman's shoes, her body suspended by a rope tight around her neck and hanging freely in the air. She wears a white collared shirt, a dark jacket, and dark trousers, with her breasts rendered as extremely large and heavy. Her head tilts back as she faints, eyes half-closed and brimming with tears, brows pinched in a terrified, distorted expression. Thick strands of saliva drip from her open mouth, breaking into small, floating translucent droplets that hover in the air around her face. Her trousers are soaked through and clinging to her thighs from the flow of urine and feces, with a small, spreading puddle already formed on the floor directly beneath her dangling feet. Harsh, bright sunlight strikes her from the side, creating high-contrast highlights and deep cel-shaded shadows, with brilliant light reflecting off the wet surfaces of her clothes and the puddle. The rendering features the sharp linework and vibrant, saturated digital coloring of a cinematic anime screenshot, with the exaggerated anatomical proportions and polished shading of a modern action-game aesthetic. Pure terror.
