On PixAI, publishing rewards are granted to encourage creators to share new and original artworks. If you’ve published an artwork but didn’t receive credits, it’s usually due to one of the reasons explained below.
How Publishing Rewards Work
- You can receive up to 10 publishing rewards per day
- Each eligible artwork grants 1,000 credits
- Maximum: 10,000 credits per day
- Rewards reset daily at UTC+0
Publishing rewards are evaluated per artwork, not per post action.

Common Reasons You Didn’t Receive a Publishing Reward
- The Artwork Is Not Unique
Publishing rewards are granted once per unique artwork only.
If the same artwork (or an identical version) has already received a reward:
- Reposting it will not grant credits
- Deleting and re-uploading it will not grant credits
- Republishing it at a later time will not grant credits
The system automatically detects duplicate content to prevent repeated rewards.
- The Artwork Was Previously Published
Even if the artwork was created earlier or posted on a different day, publishing rewards apply only the first time that artwork is published on PixAI.
Previously rewarded artworks are not eligible again.
- The Daily Publishing Limit Has Been Reached
You can receive publishing rewards up to 10 times per day.
If you’ve already reached the daily limit:
- Additional published artworks will still appear normally
- But no extra publishing credits will be granted that day
Still Missing a Reward?
If you believe you published a unique artwork and did not receive a publishing reward:
- Confirm the artwork has not been published or rewarded before
- Check PixAI announcements for any known reward delays or issues
- If the issue persists, contact PixAI Support via the Feedback page and include:
- A link to the artwork (if available)
- Approximate publish time
- Any relevant screenshots
Our team will help review the case!
