Olena

Olena, of the Rurikana dynasty, was a princess of the Oblast Region who was married to Dallian Prince Saratruk II (1751-1758). She despised the idea of living in the 'backward' Dallios, though she was forced to accept the engagement. Even so, it took her and her entourage nearly two years to reach her new residence. Her new husband was a 'kind-hearted fool' and she never felt love for him, although he treated her with utmost respect. However, the ambitious younger brother of Saratruk, Khabissha staged a coup a mere five years after her arrival, imprisoning her and her husband. Saratruk II died shortly after of a fever, and Olena ended up married against her will with now Prince khabissha III, who was a more brutal individual. She spent the rest of her life in Dallios secluded in the Palace of Barasana, and eventually gave the Prince a single heir. She would die a embittered woman due to a fever caused from complications after labour.
