Did some experimenting with this LoRA, seems to work best by generating the base image with no LoRA, then painting the mess and regenerating with the LoRA. I think it's to do with the auto prompt fix and how that doesn't like the LoRA subject so it'll tend to miss out descriptors of that bit and lead to worse results. But I'll keep playing around with this and see if I can get better results without having to iterate.
