With no other way out...

For some time, Batgirl was in pursuit of the the Gotham City sniper that has eluded the authorities for some time, and was pursuing clues fast to make before the sniper could find their next target... ...She didn't realize *she* would be the sniper's next target. A woman sniper, apparently, as she deliberately fired nearby Batgirl to gain her attention. Thankfully the sniper didn't claim her life, but in a sense she did, as she yells at Batgirl to take off her mask. Great..just great...and not even the first time a criminal cornered her into this demand, too! But it was never easy. This one was next-to-impossible to get out of, as the woman sniper remains high up on the apartment window looking right at Batgirl, shouting for her to get on with it already; likely also attracting the attention of anybody nearby a door or window in this alleyway. The fact the last time this happened was when she was starting out and was at ground level gave Batgirl some comfort in retrospect, since the two hoodlums that got away with her mask didn't recognize her as Barbara, and if anyone looked out a window back then, not much chatter came out of that. But here? In front of this skillful woman Sniper scoped in on her face? As she shouts loud enough for the entire alley to hear? This is going to take a miracle to get out of this peril to her secret identity... ...As Batgirl takes a deep breath and lifts her mask to reveal Barbara Gordon, while staring at the sniper, hoping nobody else will come out and look.
