Rather than flee with the survivors, Zeelana knelt down, grasped the broken relic, and surrendered herself to the wounded magic that surged from it. Her transformation was brief yet painful, and she narrowly escaped death. Under the influence of the broken fragment, her body became covered in scales and her nature shifted, leaving her marked with the living imprint of Saurophyta. With a ravaged heart and eyes burning with hatred, she rose. Carrying the broken blade and armed with only the badge as a clue, she left the tribe and set off alone on the trail of those who had destroyed everything. Vengeance was now her only horizon.
