I am quite pleased. Your Majick was interesting even before you started developing it. Now, it’s unique”] [Mirrium remains silent. She knows why Epikosta has taken her here, to the secret laboratory of Obscurria. She does not like it at all, but she tries to hide her fear. It does not appear that Epikosta cares for it, though] [„You know your debt. I let your friends go after all, my sweet little child. Well, at least those that were left alive after Lieutenant Huss took care of them. Shame for that Wessler boy, though…”] [„Wexler” Mirrium’s teeth clench with grief. Anger flashes in her sad, green eyes] [Lady Epikosta chuckles. „Wexler, of course. You are quite fierce for a lab rat, child” she smiles again. „Yet you agreed to… cooperate if I release those small fries. Do they even know how much you cared for them?”] [Mirrium feels her head grow heavier. She did not, and now she regrets it] [„Of course you did not. I know you too well.
