LD: Syn - 2

Days went. Syn's search for Karion have gone cold. Sure, she wanted to find him - he was the closest thing she had to a family - but she was so exhausted of going from universe to universe, so with the heavy heart she decided to stop looking for him and settled down in the last universe. She was the city girl, but wouldn't mind to go somewhere quiet and distant to clear her thoughts and relax. One day, as she was visiting some random places of interest, she saw Lin-Lin rushing past her with a piece of bread in her mouth - seems like she was running late for something important. That made Syn giggle and she caught up to her, asking if she needed a lift. Confused, Lin-Lin stopped in her tracks. Syn pulled up her portal pistol (she called it "matter destabilizer") and took Lin-Lin to her destination - Soul Forest. Now it was Syn's turn to be confused, and when Lin-Lin explained that she was exorcist, this sparked Syn's excitement. Since then, Syn would often help Lin-Lin reach places quickly and sometimes even take part in her job (Lin-Lin gave her a spare uniform). They became friends, talking about everything and nothing, enjoying their time together after a job well done...
