A quiet birthday.
It wasn't hard to quickly develop feelings for Rei when you started working at the shrine, but even as you respected her enough to keep your distance, you didn't think she would suggest a dinner date on her birthday! (On your dime, as you insist, though!) It wasn't anything exciting though...that's what her actual close friends are for; the ones she's been with for a long, long time. But until they arrive, you and Rei plan to make the most out of it. (Before the birthday is over across all of the world, I thought I should take the time to recognize Raye's, even though it's no longer the 17th in most of the world, by the time this gets posted. However, this is a break from my norm, since I tend not to focus on magical girls of the past...but I do want to recognize their importance, at least for me.)
