In the narrative lore, the suit represents how darkness can be a crucial part of his origin since his powers come from the essence of Shadow; however, Matt's attitude has always been gentle, kind, and protective, so that constant between his positive and negative poles is represented in the red and blue chaotic energy lines that run throughout the suit until they connect in the center with a Star. Although in the image it appears one way, originally the Star has 7 points which represent the pillars of heroism to which Matt hopes everyone will aspire, like a Guiding Star for all, Not to mention that he has his own AirShoes that have a special function with his suit when charged with enough chaos energy
