A full body shot from a front-facing angle depicts a colossal, nightmare deity in the form of a monstrous toad, dominating the center of a dark, abandoned cathedral. The creature possesses impossible anatomy, with its gargantuan, moist flesh embedded with half-formed, screaming human faces and countless blinking eyes that reflect distorted nightmares. Its massive mouth stretches across its face, revealing an endless, void-like darkness within its throat. Surrounding the deity are shifting silhouettes and ghostly visions of predators and lost loved ones emerging from a thick, unnatural black mist. The environment is filled with crumbling stone pillars and flickering candlelight that barely pierces the oppressive fog. The atmosphere is one of psychological terror and cosmic madness, rendered in a high-detail anime illustration style with a dark, monochromatic palette accented by eerie glows, creating the oppressive mood of a videogame final boss encounter.
