A great quality anime illustration depicts a shocking and surreal scene of a 20-year-old Korean woman with long black hair, an F-cup bust, and a horrified, wide-eyed expression. She wears casual blue denim short shorts and a simple white short-sleeved t-shirt. Her body is depicted with a nightmarish distortion: from the feet up, her physical form has completely collapsed like a deflated balloon, with her skin and clothing retaining the hollow, crumpled shape of her former body, her legs appearing as empty, flat, boneless flesh-toned fabric. The scene is rendered in a medium close-up shot at eye level to emphasize her terrified expression and the bizarre anatomical transformation, set against a neutral background that focuses all attention on the grotesque visual anomaly. The style is crisp, digital anime with high contrast and saturated colors, emphasizing the smooth texture of her skin and the detailed folds of the deflated denim and cotton fabric to create a deeply unsettling and disturbing atmosphere of sudden, inexplicable horror.

In a medium shot from a slightly elevated angle, a young girl with a black bob haircut is depicted sitting in a "petan-座り" (flat-legged) position on a plain, light-colored floor. She has a distressed and embarrassed expression, with her cheeks flushed and her eyes wide. She is wearing a simple white short-sleeved t-shirt and a short blue skirt. Below her, a noticeable puddle of liquid diarrhea has leaked onto the floor, staining the surface around her. Her hands are resting awkwardly on her lap, clutching the fabric of her skirt. The background is a minimalist, brightly lit room with neutral white walls, emphasizing the isolation of the character. The visual style is a clean, high-quality anime illustration with soft shading and a bright, clear color palette, creating a stark contrast between the polished art style and the messy situation.
