Crafted from efreet, guardian genies are monstrous-looking gigantic (10' tall and 2,700 pounds on average!) beings with two faces - once facing forward, the other backward - and four arms, as well as dark red skin as thick as rhino hide. They rarely bother with armor, trusting their magical resilience and thick hide, but may be found carrying protective or utilitarian magical items. They move with inhuman speed, can fight with all four hands simultaneously and attack up to four opponents at once, have no biological need to sleep, and are impossible to surprise between 360 degrees of vision and hearing acute enough to pick up a feather falling onto a stone at a hundred paces.
To hire a guardian genie, you first need to remember that they'll only serve for a limited tour of duty - well, "limited". We are talking about immortal elementals after all; the typical contract is either 101 years, or 1001 years, with the option to renegotiate for services after the term is served... of course, by that point, the guy who originally hired the genie is usually no longer around to do it. Guardian genies will only protect either specific items or specific locations; they're not bodyguards, so don't try and ask them to be one. They also demand that if you get them to guard items, you tell them everything about those items, and leaving anything out is grounds for immediate abandonment due to breach of contract.
These poor bastards may have one of the worst lots of any of the Tasked Genies, outside of the miner genies. Their tasks are unending in nature, and even though they do insist on a specific duration of service, once they're done, they'll soon be negotiating a fresh contract, which means they go back to just standing around and doing nothing. Even for a magically altered guardian spirit, it's a pretty fucking dull existence, all things considered. They don't even have the dubious mercy of a bloodthirsty nature like their slayer and warmonger cousins, and so whilst rending thieves apart might be at least something to do, it's not something they take a lot of pleasure in. Whether or not this causes the notoriously terse, antisocial, sullen, and humorless nature of these creatures is anybody's guess.
If you are dumb enough to pick a fight with a guardian genie, some things to consider. Firstly, though they prefer to threaten and warn off would-be opponents first, they are perfectly capable and willing to beat you to death if you try and get past them. They'll also attack instantly if you try to bribe them, which they consider a huge insult. That said, they will happily describe what they're guarding and who set them to guard it, making them a potential mine of information... they won't tell you how to steal it from them, so don't get too clever, smartarse! Also, other genies will never touch a treasure under the protection of one of these genies, though they will happily provide advise on how to get away with it.
In combat, guardian genies can not only employ up to four weapons at once, as said before, but can also spew 30ft diameter cloud of green fire that causes 14d6 damage (save vs. spells for half) once per day. They're immune to all illusion and enchantment spells, and heavily resistant to other magics. They can also cast a Blade Barrier 1/day, and can use each of the following spell-like powers twice per day: shout, alarm, silence (15’ radius), detect invisibility, guards and wards, wyvern watch, and sepia snake sigil. Guardian genies have a 20% chance to possess powers in addition to the ones listed above and a 30% chance to have powers that simply replace 1-4 of the aforementioned powers. Examples might include flight, detect lies, the ability to shape glyphs of warding or explosive runes, hold portals, dimension doors, and other abilities that might be expected to help a guardian.

The ruined city beneath them is not shown as a wide landscape. Broken rooftops, shattered windows, hanging masonry, and fragments of brick rush diagonally through the lower portion of the composition, giving the impression of immense speed. Several pieces of debris are suspended around Mikasa and Eren, each frozen at a different distance from the camera. Dust catches the sunlight in thin atmospheric streaks.
Mikasa's Survey Corps uniform is sharply detailed and windswept, with the cropped brown jacket open over the fitted uniform, harness straps pulled taut across her body, white trousers, tall boots, and the Wings of Freedom insignia clearly visible. Eren wears his recognizable Survey Corps uniform and green jacket, with his harness, ODM equipment, and boots rendered with precise mechanical detail.
A subtle graphic-design layer is integrated into the composition without overpowering the action: Wings of Freedom emblem are overlaid across the sky, Thin white directional lines follow the trajectories of Mikasa and Eren, while small restrained military-style markings and typography sit along the edges of the frame. The graphic elements reinforce the movement rather than becoming random decoration.
The entire image is frozen at one extraordinary instant: Mikasa's scarf curves through the air, Eren's jacket flares behind him, cables are pulled completely taut, debris hangs in the air, dust streams diagonally through the sunlight, and both characters are caught at different points of the same sweeping maneuver. Nothing feels static.
