『咲 -Saki-』と『哲也－雀聖と呼ばれた男』の運が悪い系キャラのコラボ。名をば、近藤祥二となむいひける。人生の余りの運の悪さを逆手に取り、「わざと運を捨ててクズ牌を集める」という戦術を取る。すなわち、国士無双の使い手である。 『哲也』は1997年に連載が開始された麻雀漫画で、おそらく私が最初に読んだ長編ストーリーの麻雀漫画なんじゃないかと思う。『フリテンくん』とかじゃなくて本格派なやつね。近藤病にかかると国士に憧れ、配牌時5～6シャンテンからでも行けるんじゃね？とか思い始めるので注意。 July 10, 2026, Internal Person.
