💜💗💜💗💜 Story 💗💜💗💜💗 Prologue of Ghost Month Tonight is the annual “Ghost Month Project” event. To match the theme, the organizers transformed the area in front of an ancient torii deep in the mountains into a checkpoint for the “Test of Courage.”Participants must follow the map through the dark mountain path, complete tasks along the way, and finally arrive at the torii checkpoint to retrieve the required item before moving on to the next stage. And tonight’s special guests—Kamui Gakupo and Megurine Luka—had already quietly arrived at the torii. But they did not appear in their usual forms.“Are you ready?” Luka whispered from the shadows beside the torii. She tilted her head slightly, gazing toward the gate. The dim paper lanterns swayed in the night wind, slicing their figures into fragmented shadows.Standing beside her, Gakupo wore a meaningful smile.“Of course.”Tonight, the two of them were the “scare actors” arranged by the Ghost Month Project.Their mission was simple—wait for the participants to arrive, let them find the item, and then… suddenly appear.“Don’t get spotted too early,” Luka murmured.“Relax.” Gakupo raised a finger to his lips.“Tonight, we are the ghosts.”They exchanged a smile, then melted back into the shadows. The forest was left with only the sound of insects, the rustling wind through the treetops, and the occasional caw of distant crows.Soon, a group of participants reached the torii.“This should be it.”“The map says we need to grab the item before entering the shrine.”“Is anyone actually inside?”They hesitated at the gate, staring at the shrine hidden in the darkness. The lanterns swayed faintly, casting eerie light. The stone path was pitch black, unnaturally quiet.“Probably just part of the setup.”“Let’s go. Grab the item and leave.”Step by step, they approached the wooden box in front of the shrine.“Got it!”But just as the participant reached out—Snap! The lanterns went out at once.Everyone froze.“What?!”Before they could react—“AAAAHHHH!”Two figures burst out from the shadows at the shrine entrance!Long hair whipped through the air, pale faces lunged forward.Gakupo stepped in the darkness. The lanterns went out at once.Everyone froze.“What?!”Before they could react—“AAAAHHHH!”Two figures burst out from the shadows at the shrine entrance!Long hair whipped through the air, pale faces lunged forward.Gakupo stepped closer, voice low and chilling:“…We found you…”Luka’s wide eyes locked onto them in silence. The atmosphere exploded.“Ghosts! Real ghosts!”“Run!”Chaos erupted—footsteps, screams, panic. But Gakupo and Luka did not chase. They stood still, then broke into laughter.“Pfft…” Luka covered her mouth.“Haha… we nailed it,” Gakupo chuckled.“Their faces were priceless.”“They never expected us to jump out from there.”As the frightened participants fled back toward the torii, Luka straightened her expression.“The next group should be coming soon.”Gakupo nodded.“Let’s hide again.”The lanterns swayed. The wind blew. Silence returned. But in the shadows, two pairs of eyes waited patiently.Tonight’s Ghost Month Project—had only just begun. Gakupo bước lên, giọng trầm thấp rùng rợn:“…Tìm thấy các ngươi rồi…”Luka mở to mắt, im lặng nhìn chằm chằm.Không khí căng thẳng lập tức bùng nổ.“Ma! Ma thật kìa!”“Chạy mau!”Tiếng la hét, tiếng chân hỗn loạn vang khắp lối đi.Nhưng Gakupo và Luka không đuổi theo.Họ đứng yên, rồi bật cười.“Khà…” Luka che miệng.“Haha… thành công rồi,” Gakupo cười.“Nét mặt của họ thật đáng giá.”“Họ hoàn toàn không ngờ chúng ta lại nhảy ra từ đó.”Khi nhóm người hoảng hốt chạy ngược về phía torii, Luka chỉnh lại vẻ mặt.“Nhóm kế tiếp chắc sắp đến.”Gakupo gật đầu.“Vậy ta lại ẩn mình thôi.”Đèn lồng vẫn lay động. Gió vẫn thổi. Sự tĩnh lặng lại bao trùm.Nhưng trong bóng tối, có hai đôi mắt đang kiên nhẫn chờ đợi.Dự án Tháng Cô Hồn đêm nay—chỉ mới bắt đầu.
