Takino Tomo AKA Warwind

Perhaps one of the most powerful FISS-type metahumans on Yiziba, this is Takino Tomo, the current incarnation of the Wild Warrior of Passion, Warwind. Gifted over a year before the events of the main story of The End of the Circus, the wildcat native of Itabashi in Tōkyō proper literally became the local incarnation of the incredible Hulk when he is VERY angry...and what's worse, Tomo's strength and power increases every time she gets more excited; the adrenal boost ability would make her even superior to Hayashi Kanami (Mustang) or Faith Lehane (Wildflower) if she went full out. And given her basic nature as a complete "bonkura" as she would later self-identify, she goes full out VERY often. Still, despite her normally out-of-control nature, Tomo tends to surprise people a lot. Her pen-name on Parahumans Online (yes, the same internet chat platform appearing in Worm and popularized by many fanfics) is "Wild Sage of Fight Scenes". Yes, she loves to fight. Yes, she gladly challenges newly-Gifted FISS-types to an all-out, no-holds-barred duel at the Battlezone on Yiziba; just ask Coco Adel (Phalanx) how that went. Yet at the same time, Tomo shows off an eerie Zen-like wisdom when it comes to analyzing a person's fighting skills, drawing on her many past-selves' experience dealing with day-to-day life on the World of the Forge. She can tell how well one is trained; after her fierce bout with Coco, Tomo actually complimented Shannon Ozpin for how good he taught his students at Beacon Academy. And she can sense it when massive ki-pulse events happen anywhere close to her; Tomo was quick to pick up on the salvage and Gifting of THG Yonaga (trapped in a mesonium-lined ice cove in far east Siberia) as Itō Yoiko, something she would also warn Saeru Hinako (Suiki) about given the Niigata native's association with the Fukushima sisters whom she helped see salvaged and Gifted. She's a hothead and a lunatic in many ways. She's also someone people DEFINITELY want on their side. Even if she can't name things with any decency — look at her chosen nickname for Kasuga Ayumu (Infinity), "Ōsaka" — Tomo has a heart of gold and is ready to pitch in when the fight scene looks good.
