A medium shot from a side angle depicts a tall, slim Japanese teenage girl lying in a hospital bed, flanked by a doctor and a nurse. The girl has long black hair, a pretty face, and an athletic build, wearing a standard hospital gown. Her right leg is slightly elevated, with a thick white medical bandage wrapped specifically around her right knee following surgery. To her left, a middle-aged doctor in a white lab coat holds a medical chart, while a nurse in scrubs stands beside him, gently checking the patient's vitals. The room is a sterile hospital environment with white walls, a heart rate monitor displaying a steady pulse, and an IV pole standing nearby. The lighting is bright and clinical, utilizing a clean, realistic anime illustration style with a neutral color palette and a focused depth of field on the girl's expression.

A medium shot, eye-level anime illustration of a nurse in a clinical setting during childbirth. The nurse, a woman with a small chest, has an extremely oversized, protruding pregnant belly that dominates her silhouette. She is wearing a professional white nurse's uniform and a nurse's cap, though her expression is one of intense effort and strain as she is in the process of giving birth. She is positioned on a medical delivery bed, her hands gripping the side rails tightly. The background is a sterile hospital room with medical monitors, IV poles, and white tiled walls. The lighting is bright and clinical, with a clean, high-quality digital art style and a neutral color palette of whites and light blues.
