Makoto Kikuchi & Yuri: A Sweet Moment

I tried to capture the gentle warmth between these two, focusing on the subtle blushes and their hands intertwined. There's something so touching about the quiet affection in their eyes that just draws me in. If you enjoy this soft style, please leave a like and follow for more of my work!

On the right, a girl with long black hair and blue eyes wears a white halterneck dress shirt and a ruffled micro lolita skirt; she is turned toward her companion with a light, bashful smile and a soft blush on her cheeks. On the left, a girl with short black hair and a distinct antenna hair strand, with purple eyes, wears a plain long-sleeved T-shirt and short shorts; she gazes back at the other girl with a gentle, affectionate expression. Their inner hands are tightly clasped between them, the contact point firm as they walk. The environment is a clean urban sidewalk with blurred storefronts and white pavement in the background. The scene is flooded with bright, high-key daylight, casting soft, short shadows directly beneath their feet. The palette is dominated by bright whites, soft pastels, and the deep black of their hair. Rendering features clean, thin digital linework with bright, smooth cel-shading and high-key lighting typical of early 2000s rom-com manga aesthetics. Tender.
