USS Stellarton

Shipgirl AI of USS Stellarton, one of the later of the Sabre-class frigates built under license by Port Weller Spacedocks; the actual construction was done by Big Lodge Starworks over the Amishk homeworld of Oskotim Wick. Which is understandable as Stellarton herself would be the second Port Weller shipgirl to pattern herself after the squirrel-like Sinjāb (akin to her half-sister Rockcliffe). Commissioned in 2365, the original USS Stellarton served until 2392, lasting well during the Dominion War. In the wake of that time in space, Stellarton would receive a Da Vinci-class destroyer in 2394, she sailing on that ship to this day. She is a member of the Order of Good Cheer's Starfleet chapter given her namesake town is located in Nova Scotia's Pictou County close to the Northumberland Strait. Her duties in the Order are to arrange the outdoors cookout areas for the various picnics, parties and celebrations she and her sisters host. Being named after a mining town with a notorious history of disasters which eventually shut down the coal gathering industry in that part of the Mayflower Province, Stellarton does "cheat" by using replicated coal for the various camp fires, not wanting to make use of natural coal extracted from underground where miners in centuries past had died. Like Rockcliffe, Stellarton wears the tartan pattern of her affiliated Army regiment, the Nova Scotia Highlanders.
