〇 Gamigin (Goetia) One of the 72 demons described in the *Goetia*, holding the rank of the 4th Duke. He is a Great Duke of Hell who commands 30 legions. He is said to appear in the form of a horse or a donkey when summoned. While he can transform into a human shape, he speaks with a low, hoarse voice when doing so. He is a highly knowledgeable intellectual well-versed in a wide range of disciplines and can impart this knowledge to those with whom he forms a pact. However, his true prowess lies in his abilities as a high-ranking necromancer. By wielding immense, innate dark power, he can summon the souls of the dead from the underworld into the realm of the living. While standard necromancy is generally limited to summoning spirits from the recent past, Gamigin is said to be capable of summoning even souls that departed this world ages ago. *Note: Souls that have fully attained enlightenment or reincarnated cannot be summoned, as the memories of their past lives have been erased, rendering them effectively entirely different entities. Summoning is restricted to souls that have not yet undergone judgment by underworld arbiters such as King Enma, Hades, or Osiris. Naturally, this includes earthbound spirits and evil spirits that remain in the mortal realm. Incidentally, Gamigin can also summon the "soul remnants" lingering on items the deceased cherished during their lifetime. The illustration was generated as an anthropomorphic horse wearing an outfit designed to reflect his nature as a necromancer. Unlike the lion, there was only one horse character before this, after all. lol He once served as the Director of the "Mausoleum Bureau," and Bifrons was his subordinate. After stepping down as Bureau Chief, he served as a member of the Netherworld Parliament and currently works as a political aide to Lucifuge Rofocale, the head of the Netherworld's administration. In his private time, he occasionally sets up an impromptu necromantic fortune-telling stall on a street corner in the Netherworld's central city, offering counsel to troubled residents and facilitating reunions with the spirits of the deceased. He sometimes deals with cases involving supernatural or spiritual phenomena, though Bifrons invariably warns him: "Senior, you really shouldn't push yourself too hard.
