A nine-panel comic strip page laid out in a three-by-three grid with white gutters, drawn in full color with glossy 3D rendered shading, dramatic rim lighting and soft reflective highlights, matching the polished three-dimensional anime look of image2. The three characters from image2 — the blue-haired girl in the yellow bandeau top, the purple-haired girl in the maroon t-shirt, and the pink-haired girl in the blue strapless top and blue skirt — are Linna, Kia, and Jenna, wading deep into thick, fine-grained, sticky, undulating quicksand on a dark, dense jungle island, sinking to their waists with rippling concentric rings spreading around each of them, vines and dark jungle foliage hanging behind. The character from image1, Detective School Girl Toby Robin O'Keffee — short brown hair, round glasses, white blouse with pink knitted vest and red ribbon tie, red plaid skirt — appears as the arriving heroine, wading into the quicksand pool toward the three sinking girls, alarmed and reaching out to help. The panels depict the sequence as a rescue drama: panel 1 an establishing wide shot of the dark jungle island with the quicksand pool glinting; panels 2 through 4 close-ups of Linna, Kia, and Jenna each struggling as damsels in distress, grasping hands, straining faces, mud clinging to their glistening skin as they sink deeper; panel 5 Toby Robin O'Keffee wading into the mire, plaid skirt splattered with mud; panels 6 and 7 her stretching out her hands while the three girls reach back through the rippling quicksand; panel 8 a tense close-up of joined hands over the granular, sticky surface; panel 9 a wide shot of the rescue underway, all four figures surrounded by undulating ripples under the dim jungle canopy. The style of the image remains faithful to image2.
