View detailsAfter Humanity Only Robots & Virtual Singers
💜💗💜💗💜 Story 💗💜💗💜💗 After humanity vanished, the world did not stop running. The city's skyscrapers still stood, the transit system still ran on its set programs, and cleaning robots traveled their fixed routes every day, keeping the city tidy for owners who no longer existed. Automatic shop doors still opened, coffee machines still brewed coffee no one drank, and enormous electronic screens still played advertisements from the past. Only the humans who had once lived in this world were gone. Now, the world held only robots, virtual singers, and all kinds of virtual characters with minds of their own. They no longer needed to wait for human commands to arrange their lives. Some robots continued to maintain the city, some virtual characters explored knowledge in abandoned schools, and others stayed where they had once worked, continuing performances that no longer had an audience. And Kamui Gakupo chose to live in a music research center. He had the mature appearance of a human being, with pure purple hair tied behind him and two side locks hanging naturally in front, and his purple eyes always carried a calm, rational look. He could read vast databases, analyze the emotions of other beings, and even predict with precision what outcomes certain actions might bring. Yet there were some things for which he could never find a definite answer. For example: when a song no longer had a human listener, did it still have meaning? Or: when there were no more humans left to please, did a virtual singer still have a reason to keep singing? These questions remained in his thought processes, unresolved. Until one day, at the research center, he received an unfamiliar audio signal. It was a singing voice. The melody was gentle and clear, occasionally broken by slight pauses, as though the singer was not simply reproducing a song stored in a database, but expressing her own feelings through her voice. Gakupo listened several times, and finally confirmed that the signal came from an old concert hall on the other side of the city. He went there at once. The hall's equipment was old but still working. When he walked into the audience seating, a pink-haired woman stood at center stage, singing an unaccompanied song with complete focus. She had deep blue eyes and a gentle, tranquil expression. She was Megurine Luka. Like Gakupo, she was a virtual singer. After humanity disappeared, Luka had not left her stage. She still returned here regularly, tidying the equipment, singing songs she had once recorded, and trying to compose new melodies. It was just that this concert hall had long since had no audience. When the song ended, she noticed that there was one more person in the seats. "Who are you?" Luka looked at him in mild surprise. "Kamui Gakupo. I picked up your singing at the research center, so I came to see." "I see." She smiled faintly, not at all uneasy at the arrival of a stranger. Gakupo walked closer to the stage and told her frankly that he had decided to come in person because there was some emotion in that voice he could not understand. After hearing him out, Luka thought for a moment. "Maybe it's just that I really like singing." "Even if no one is listening?" "Mm." She answered quite naturally. "Even if no one hears it, I still want to sing. When I sing, I feel like I'm doing something important. What exactly that is, I can't really say." Gakupo did not answer right away. He looked at the woman before him and realized for the first time that perhaps some things could hold value without needing a clear explanation. They talked a while longer. It was only when Luka mentioned that besides singing, she went every day to a nearby garden to help the robots tend the plants that Gakupo became interested in that garden. "A garden?" "Yes. There are lots of flowers there, and some shrubs that need regular trimming. The robots in charge of maintenance are very reliable, but some plants need more careful attention, so I go and help whenever I have time." When she spoke of the garden, her eyes were noticeably brighter than before. "If you're interested, you can come and see it too." Gakupo gladly accepted the invitation. He had assumed that a garden was nothing more than a public green space in the city maintained by automated systems, where plants grew on set cycles and robots handled the watering, fertilizing, and trimming. But when he followed Luka's directions, left the concert hall, and passed through several quiet streets, the sight that appeared before him made him stop in his tracks. It was a garden of considerable size. Neatly planted shrubs lined both sides of the entrance, winding paths led to different flowerbeds, and in the center stood a fountain that still worked. Plants stretched their branches and leaves in the sunlight, and flowers swayed gently in the breeze. What surprised Gakupo most were the figures in the garden. Besides Luka, there were several robots of varying designs. One operated the irrigation equipment, another pushed a cart loaded with gardening tools, and a few smaller robots moved among the flowerbeds, carefully inspecting the plants' growth. Luka was crouching beside a flowerbed, tidying the soil together with a round robot. "Just loosen it a little more here, and that'll do." As she spoke, she used a small trowel to gently turn the soil near the plant's roots. The robot gave a chime and handed her another tool from beside it. "Thank you." Luka took the tool, smiling as she patted its rounded body. The robot immediately swiveled the sensor on its top and gave a cheerful electronic trill. Gakupo stood quietly at the garden entrance, watching the scene. He had read a great deal of material on plant cultivation, and he knew that robots could, by precisely controlling water, light, and nutrients, let plants grow under ideal conditions. But the care given here did not seem to rely entirely on efficiency. Luka would crouch down to observe the condition of the leaves, smile when she found a new sprout, and patiently wait while a robot adjusted a not-so-nimble mechanical arm. Even though every plant's growth was fully recorded by the system, she still checked on each one herself. As if these flowers were not merely living things that needed maintenance, but beings worthy of being taken seriously. "Gakupo?" Luka happened to glance up and finally saw him standing at the entrance. She immediately put down the tool in her hand and stood up. "You really came!" Her tone carried obvious delight, and Gakupo couldn't help the corners of his lips lifting slightly. "Since I promised, of course I would come." "I thought you might be busy studying the audio signal and forget." "I do still have some work, but it doesn't prevent me from coming to see this garden you spoke of." Hearing "this garden you spoke of," Luka's smile grew even more evident. "Then you've come at just the right time. We're tidying this section of flowerbeds today, and a few plants still need to be moved to better spots." She looked at Gakupo, then at his clothes, which had no trace of soil on them. "Would you like to help?" "Of course." Gakupo did not hesitate at all. Luka had expected him to first ask about the work, or to request complete operating instructions, but he simply walked over to the tool cart and examined the gardening supplies on it. She explained what each tool was for, and told him which plants were not suited to transplanting at this time. Gakupo listened very attentively and quickly grasped the basic methods. For a while after that, the two worked together with the robots. Gakupo handled loosening soil, carrying potting mix, and placing the seedlings that needed transplanting into holes dug in advance. Luka stayed nearby checking on the plants' condition, occasionally reminding him to adjust the depth or helping steady stems that were too slender. At first, Gakupo's movements were indeed somewhat unpracticed. He could calculate the depth of a hole precisely, but was not used to removing a plant from its original container without damaging the roots. When he looked at the slightly tilted seedling in his hands, Luka couldn't help laughing. "You don't need to be so nervous. It's not as fragile as you think." "I just don't want to hurt it." "I know." She walked to his side and gently steadied the other side of the seedling. "Let's do it together." Working in coordination, they adjusted its position until the plant stood firmly in its new soil. Luka inspected it carefully, then nodded in satisfaction. "Good, that's perfect." Gakupo looked at the newly settled plant and suddenly felt that this work was more enjoyable than he had expected. Not because of how many tasks had been completed, nor because he had gained any new knowledge. But because during this time, he did not have to face those questions without answers alone. He could hear Luka's voice, discuss the plants' growth with her, and, when she was delighted at finding a new sprout, bend down beside her to look at it too. These things seemed trivial, yet they gave him a sense of fulfillment he had never experienced before. In the afternoon, the irrigation robot finished its work, and the other robots one by one returned their tools to the cart. Luka and Gakupo sat together on a bench in the garden for a short rest. The nearby robots were still busy; one was carefully clearing fallen leaves from the path, while another sent freshly collected plant data back to the garden management system. Watching them, Luka said softly, "Actually, I really love it here." Gakupo turned to look at her. "Because of the flowers?" "The flowers are one reason." Her gaze rested on a flowerbed not far away. "But what I like even more is the feeling of everyone caring for this place together. These robots come to work every day, and some have been with me for a long time. We may not always understand things in the same way, but as long as we're willing to work together, we can make the garden better." She paused for a moment, then smiled tenderly. "I think even though humans are gone, we can still create new things." Gakupo listened quietly. He thought of the questions he had turned over again and again. When the creators have vanished, does existence still have meaning? He had believed the answer must be hidden in vast databases, found only through precise analysis. But now, looking at the garden that Luka and the robots maintained together, at the freshly tended soil, at the flowers swaying in the breeze, a different thought suddenly came to him. Perhaps meaning did not have to be bestowed only by creators. It could also be built, by one's own hands, by those who remained in this world. "Luka." "Mm?" "Can I come here again?" She turned her head in surprise. "Of course! You can come whenever you like." "Then I'd like to keep helping." Gakupo said it earnestly. "I'm not yet familiar enough with caring for plants, and there is much I need to learn from you." Luka looked at him, then after a moment began to laugh. "Then it's settled. Next time I'll take you to tidy the flowerbeds on the other side. There are some rather special plants there." "I'll look forward to it." The sun gradually sank, and the garden's lights came on one by one. Several robots began preparing for the night's maintenance, while another tidied the tools near the bench. Luka stood to bid them farewell, then walked with Gakupo toward the garden exit. At the gate, she suddenly stopped and looked back. "I'll probably come again tomorrow." Gakupo looked at her. "Then I'll come tomorrow too." "Really?" "Mm." Luka broke into a happy smile. Side by side, they walked out of the garden and along the quiet streets toward the center of the city. The sky gradually darkened, lights still glowed in the distant buildings, and the robots continued moving according to their own work schedules. The world had not altered its established order because of their meeting, but quietly, a different meaning had begun to grow in their hearts. For Gakupo, tomorrow was no longer just another date spent waiting for a research process to finish. For Luka, the garden was no longer only herself and the familiar robots. From that day on, they had a promise they could look forward to together. And in a world where humans had long since vanished, a brand-new story began to unfold slowly, along with the new sprouts quietly growing in the garden.

Prompts on PixAI are public by default, but creators can hide them on any artwork they publish. The creator of this one chose to, so the words used to generate the image stay private — only they can see them. Hiding a prompt doesn't change anything else: the artwork is still public, and you can like, comment on and share it as usual.

Mikasa Ackerman and Eren Yeager are captured in the middle of a desperate ODM maneuver above a ruined city street, with Mikasa much closer to the camera and Eren cutting across the background at a different angle. Mikasa twists her entire body sideways as she launches past the viewer, one arm extended forward with a blade in hand while the other reaches back toward Eren. Her black hair whips violently across the frame and her red scarf streams far behind her in a long sweeping curve. Eren is several meters behind her, angled sharply in the opposite direction as his ODM cables stretch from his gear toward a damaged rooftop, his green jacket and hair blown backward by the speed of the maneuver.
The perspective is extremely dynamic: Mikasa's outstretched hand and blade are large in the foreground while her body rapidly narrows toward the center of the image. Eren appears smaller but perfectly clear behind her, creating a strong diagonal connection between them. Their ODM cables slice through the composition as thin steel lines, crossing the image at different angles and disappearing beyond the frame. One cable passes extremely close to the camera, creating a dramatic foreground line.
The ruined city beneath them is not shown as a wide landscape. Broken rooftops, shattered windows, hanging masonry, and fragments of brick rush diagonally through the lower portion of the composition, giving the impression of immense speed. Several pieces of debris are suspended around Mikasa and Eren, each frozen at a different distance from the camera. Dust catches the sunlight in thin atmospheric streaks.
Mikasa's Survey Corps uniform is sharply detailed and windswept, with the cropped brown jacket open over the fitted uniform, harness straps pulled taut across her body, white trousers, tall boots, and the Wings of Freedom insignia clearly visible. Eren wears his recognizable Survey Corps uniform and green jacket, with his harness, ODM equipment, and boots rendered with precise mechanical detail.
A subtle graphic-design layer is integrated into the composition without overpowering the action: Wings of Freedom emblem are overlaid across the sky, Thin white directional lines follow the trajectories of Mikasa and Eren, while small restrained military-style markings and typography sit along the edges of the frame. The graphic elements reinforce the movement rather than becoming random decoration.
The entire image is frozen at one extraordinary instant: Mikasa's scarf curves through the air, Eren's jacket flares behind him, cables are pulled completely taut, debris hangs in the air, dust streams diagonally through the sunlight, and both characters are caught at different points of the same sweeping maneuver. Nothing feels static.
Painterly digital anime illustration, expressive textured brushwork, cinematic motion frozen in a single frame, extreme wide-angle perspective, dramatic foreshortening, strong diagonals, layered depth, detailed characters, flowing hair and fabric, taut cables, airborne debris, warm sunlight cutting through cool gray ruins, muted military colors with Mikasa's red scarf as the strongest accent, sophisticated composition, subtle graphic design, powerful silhouettes, intense expressions, visceral sense of speed, beautiful atmospheric lighting, energetic, cinematic
