今年に入ってからの体調不良の原因を真面目に考えてみたところ、寝不足が原因かも… 真面目にGPTに寝不足による体への悪影響を聞いてみたところ以下の返答。 身体の疲労 疲れが抜けない、身体が重い、筋肉痛が長引く 筋肉・関節 肩こり、腰痛、筋肉の回復遅延 脳・集中力 判断力低下、物忘れ、注意力散漫、反応速度低下 自律神経 動悸、頭痛、めまい、胃腸の不調 免疫機能 風邪などの感染症にかかりやすくなる 精神面 イライラ、不安感、意欲低下、気分の落ち込み 食欲・代謝 食欲の変化、甘いものが欲しくなる、体重増加 循環器 血圧上昇、長期的な心血管疾患リスクの増加 ……当てはまるものが多すぎるっっ(;´Д｀) 職場が変わってからも、家での生活サイクルを変えなさすぎた結果、集中力の欠如、ワーキングメモリの低下、判断力の低下、がピークに来ている気がします。 という事で、本日からは睡眠時間をちょっと増やしていこうと思います。 まずは0時には寝るようにして、睡眠時間を6時間にするところから始めてみようと思います。 GPTが「ここでは断定できないけど、抗うつ状態の可能性もあるから、並行して医師に相談してみるのもいいかも」って言ってきたのがちょっと怖いです(;´Д｀) 皆さんも、睡眠時間はしっかりとってくださいねー(*´ω｀*)
