Silent Happiness - Vocaloid 神威がくぽx巡音ルカ
💜💗💜💗💜 Story 💗💜💗💜💗 Night shrouded the vast snowfield. An ancient castle stood quietly atop a hill, its spires and walls dusted with a thin layer of snow, and the warm yellow light spilling from its windows seemed especially gentle against the cold night. Outside the castle lay a tranquil courtyard. A stone path ran along the wall, leading to an observation terrace that overlooked the entire snowfield. In the distance, the forest slept in the darkness, and now and then a breeze swept through the branches, stirring up fine flurries of snow, as if the whole world had slowed its pace. In this stillness, Kamui Gakupo and Megurine Luka stood side by side outside the castle, gazing up at the sky. The aurora had been out for some time now. At first, only a few hazy ribbons of light had appeared in the deep blue night, as though someone were gently sweeping a brush across the boundless canvas of the heavens. As time passed, the ribbons gradually spread, green and purple light weaving together and slowly drifting past the stars, like a flowing river stretching from the far horizon to the sky above the castle. Luka tilted her head back slightly, her eyes following the shifting light. "Gakupo, look. The light over there changed again." She raised her hand and pointed toward the distant sky. Gakupo followed her gesture and saw a streak of pale violet slowly unfurling, then stretching into a slender band that crossed the surrounding green, a sight that took one's breath away. "Mm. I see it." His reply was as calm as ever, but as he spoke, he turned his head slightly and glanced at Luka. Truth be told, he preferred watching her face as she admired the aurora. Her eyes reflected the glow of the sky, and her already gentle gaze grew even brighter. Whenever the aurora changed, she couldn't help but show a look of delight. Sometimes she would draw in a small breath, and sometimes she would smile, as though she had discovered a miracle only she could see. Gakupo didn't disturb her. He simply stayed quietly by her side. They had already been out here for a long time. At first, they had talked about the colors of the aurora and guessed what the sky might show them next. Luka had even said eagerly that when the weather was right, they could travel somewhere farther away and look for other places to see the aurora. Gakupo listened to her plans, now and then asking a question, and carefully committed each place she mentioned to memory. He didn't tell her that, no matter the destination, as long as she was willing to go with him, he had no objections at all. Later, the conversation gradually thinned out. It wasn't that they had nothing left to say. The scene before them was simply so peaceful that they found themselves wanting to set words aside and fully feel the beauty of the moment. Luka folded her hands in front of her and softly exhaled a puff of white mist. "I wish this night could last a little longer." Hearing this, Gakupo looked down at her. "Do you want to keep watching?" "Mm." Luka nodded with a smile. "It's rare to see an aurora this beautiful. I don't want to go back so soon." She paused, then added, "And watching it with you feels even happier than I imagined." The words were spoken softly, but they landed clearly in Gakupo's ears. He was momentarily taken aback, then a faint smile appeared on his face. "Then let's stay a little longer." "Aren't you cold?" "Not really." Luka looked up at him, clearly unconvinced. "Really?" "If you're worried, you can come a little closer." He said it naturally, with a hint of a smile in his voice. Luka understood what he meant, and her cheeks grew warm. She didn't answer right away. She just looked at him for a moment, and at last, as if she had finally made up her mind, she slowly moved closer. First she lightly brushed against his arm, then leaned into him and rested her head on his shoulder. Gakupo didn't move. He only adjusted his stance slightly so that she could lean more comfortably. "How's this?" he asked in a low voice. "It's very comfortable." Luka's voice was full of smiles. She had only meant to lean on him for warmth, but once she was really nestled against him, she found that the sense of security was far deeper than she had imagined. Gakupo's familiar scent, the warmth of his shoulder, and the fact that he was always there beside her all made her feel utterly at ease. She didn't need to search for a topic, nor worry that silence would grow awkward. As long as he was beside her, she could simply rest there in peace. After a while, Gakupo slowly reached out and took her hand. His palm was warm and steady. His fingers laced naturally with hers, neither gripping tightly nor letting go. Luka glanced down at their joined hands, and a smile rose to her lips unbidden. "Gakupo." "Hm?" "Why do you think that sometimes, even when we haven't done anything at all, we feel especially happy?" Gakupo didn't answer right away. He gazed out at the snowfield, thought for a moment, and then said quietly, "Perhaps because some kinds of happiness don't require doing anything in particular." Luka listened in silence. "There's no need to plan a special outing, or to keep talking," he said, tightening his grip on her hand slightly. "Just knowing that the person you cherish is right beside you is already enough." A gentle warmth spread through Luka's chest. She leaned in closer, her cheek resting lightly against his shoulder. "Are you happy right now?" This time, Gakupo hardly hesitated. "Very happy." His answer was so direct that Luka was left momentarily at a loss for how to respond. She had only meant to tease him a little, never expecting him to say what was in his heart so openly. She lifted her head slightly to see his expression, only to find that he was also looking down at her. Their eyes met in the night. Gakupo gazed at her, his eyes so tender it was almost impossible to withstand. "What is it?" he asked. "Nothing..." Luka said, a little embarrassed, and leaned back onto his shoulder. "It's just that when you're honest like this once in a while, it's really unfair." Gakupo laughed softly. "I see. Then should I try to be more honest from now on?" "You d-don't need to force it!" She protested at once, yet she didn't actually pull away from his embrace. Gakupo's smile deepened. He didn't tease her further, only held their joined hands a little more steadily. In the sky, the aurora kept flowing. Green light drifted across the night like a thin veil, while bands of purple slowly unfurled higher up, as if even the distant stars were dancing to a silent melody. Luka watched for a long while, and the wonder in her eyes gradually settled into calm. She no longer tried to memorize the shape of every ribbon of light, nor was she in a hurry to share each new change with Gakupo. She simply leaned against him, feeling his warmth and his breathing, listening to the wind brush through the forest beyond the castle. Sensing that she was gradually relaxing, Gakupo fell quiet as well. He lowered his head slightly, let his cheek rest lightly against the crown of her hair, and slowly closed his eyes. Without sight to guide him, everything around him grew even clearer. The hand held in his, the softness he felt at her fingertips, and the reassuring weight of Luka leaning against him all became the most real things in the world at that moment. He could feel her shift slightly now and then, and he could feel that whenever she noticed a change in the aurora, she would still instinctively squeeze his hand. So he kept his eyes closed and simply stayed with her in silence. They had spent so many moments together. There had been trips they'd looked forward to, dates full of laughter, and days when both were busy and could only meet briefly once the day was done. Every time they met, they had endless things to say, always wanting to share the big and small happenings of their lives. Yet now, Gakupo felt that this kind of silence was just as precious. He didn't need words to prove his feelings. Because Luka was leaning against him, and he was holding her hand. That was enough. "Gakupo..." After a while, Luka called to him softly. "I'm here." His eyes were still closed, his voice low and gentle. "Did you fall asleep?" "No." "Then why are your eyes closed?" Gakupo tilted his head slightly, a faint smile at the corner of his lips. "Because I wanted to try feeling this night the way you do." Luka was momentarily stunned. She had thought he was simply tired from looking, never imagining he had deliberately looked away from the scenery to keep her company. "But if you close your eyes, you can't see the aurora." "That's all right." He gently squeezed her fingers. "I've already seen plenty." Luka looked up at his profile. "Really?" "Really." He paused for a moment before continuing. "Besides, more than gazing at the sky, right now I'd rather remember what it feels like to have you leaning against me." Color rose instantly in Luka's cheeks. She opened her mouth as if to say something, but in the end she only lowered her head and buried her face against his shoulder. "You're really being sly tonight..." Her voice was muffled, carrying an embarrassment she couldn't hide. Gakupo finally opened his eyes and looked down at her, his gaze full of tenderness. "I'm only telling the truth." "That's exactly why it's sly." He didn't argue. He simply smiled and raised his free hand to rest lightly on the back of hers. Luka didn't complain any further. She knew he hadn't said those things just to make her blush. It was because, on a quiet night like this, he was willing to place the feelings he usually kept hidden in his heart openly into her hands. With that thought, she slowly lifted her head, shifted her position on his shoulder, and leaned gently toward his cheek. Sensing her movement, Gakupo lowered his head. Luka planted a soft kiss on his cheek. "That's your reward." She said it and quickly leaned back against him, as though not seeing his expression would let her pretend her heart wasn't racing. But Gakupo hadn't missed the faint red at the tips of her ears. He gave a low chuckle, then held her hand more tightly. "Then shouldn't I try a little harder?" "Don't push your luck!" Luka lifted her head at once in protest. "I never said there'd be more rewards." "I know." He answered with perfect composure, though his eyes still brimmed with amusement. "So I'll cherish this one." Luka looked at him, and in the end she couldn't help laughing too. She nestled back into his arms, and this time she no longer tried to hide her affection. The two stayed outside the castle for a long while longer. Only when the night wind grew a little stronger and the distant aurora thinned did Luka gently move her hand, still held in his. "Gakupo, we should probably head back soon." Gakupo opened his eyes and looked up at the sky, no longer as bright as before. "All right." He didn't let go of her right away. First he straightened the collar the wind had ruffled, making sure she wasn't uncomfortable in the cold, and only then did he lead her by the hand toward the castle entrance. Their footprints, side by side, were left on the stone path. The castle doors lay just ahead, warm light pouring through the windows onto the snow, welcoming the two who had returned late. When they reached the door, Luka suddenly stopped. Gakupo looked back at her. "What is it?" She glanced up at the sky once more. The aurora had faded for the most part, leaving only a few soft threads of light, as though reluctant to leave, still drifting slowly in the depths of the night. "I think I'll still remember tonight, later on," Luka said softly. "Not just because the aurora was beautiful." She turned to him and gave him a gentle smile. "But because you stayed by my side the whole time." Gakupo looked at her quietly. Then he lifted their joined hands and pressed a light kiss to the back of hers. "Then next time, let's come and watch it together again." "Promise?" "Promise." Luka nodded with a smile and took his arm again. Together they walked into the castle, leaving the cold night behind them. And beneath the sky, slowly returning to stillness, the aurora kept flowing, as if leaving a gentle secret to mark the night. It was no grand vow, nor a special moment that had to be deliberately remembered. It was simply two people in love, standing side by side through a long night, one leaning on the other, while the other closed his eyes, held her hand, and shared with her a rare stillness of the world. For Gakupo and Luka, a night like this was already beautiful enough. Because no matter how many more sights awaited them in the future, as long as the person beside them was each other, every time they paused, every time they leaned on one another, would become a memory worth treasuring.

character: eren_yeager, mikasa_ackerman
Mikasa Ackerman and Eren Yeager are captured in the middle of a desperate ODM maneuver above a ruined city street, with Mikasa much closer to the camera and Eren cutting across the background at a different angle. Mikasa twists her entire body sideways as she launches past the viewer, one arm extended forward with a blade in hand while the other reaches back toward Eren. Her black hair whips violently across the frame and her red scarf streams far behind her in a long sweeping curve. Eren is several meters behind her, angled sharply in the opposite direction as his ODM cables stretch from his gear toward a damaged rooftop, his green jacket and hair blown backward by the speed of the maneuver.
The perspective is extremely dynamic: Mikasa's outstretched hand and blade are large in the foreground while her body rapidly narrows toward the center of the image. Eren appears smaller but perfectly clear behind her, creating a strong diagonal connection between them. Their ODM cables slice through the composition as thin steel lines, crossing the image at different angles and disappearing beyond the frame. One cable passes extremely close to the camera, creating a dramatic foreground line.
The ruined city beneath them is not shown as a wide landscape. Broken rooftops, shattered windows, hanging masonry, and fragments of brick rush diagonally through the lower portion of the composition, giving the impression of immense speed. Several pieces of debris are suspended around Mikasa and Eren, each frozen at a different distance from the camera. Dust catches the sunlight in thin atmospheric streaks.
Mikasa's Survey Corps uniform is sharply detailed and windswept, with the cropped brown jacket open over the fitted uniform, harness straps pulled taut across her body, white trousers, tall boots, and the Wings of Freedom insignia clearly visible. Eren wears his recognizable Survey Corps uniform and green jacket, with his harness, ODM equipment, and boots rendered with precise mechanical detail.
A subtle graphic-design layer is integrated into the composition without overpowering the action: Wings of Freedom emblem are overlaid across the sky, Thin white directional lines follow the trajectories of Mikasa and Eren, while small restrained military-style markings and typography sit along the edges of the frame. The graphic elements reinforce the movement rather than becoming random decoration.
The entire image is frozen at one extraordinary instant: Mikasa's scarf curves through the air, Eren's jacket flares behind him, cables are pulled completely taut, debris hangs in the air, dust streams diagonally through the sunlight, and both characters are caught at different points of the same sweeping maneuver. Nothing feels static.
Painterly digital anime illustration, expressive textured brushwork, cinematic motion frozen in a single frame, extreme wide-angle perspective, dramatic foreshortening, strong diagonals, layered depth, detailed characters, flowing hair and fabric, taut cables, airborne debris, warm sunlight cutting through cool gray ruins, muted military colors with Mikasa's red scarf as the strongest accent, sophisticated composition, subtle graphic design, powerful silhouettes, intense expressions, visceral sense of speed, beautiful atmospheric lighting, energetic, cinematic
