草と呼ばれる忍者がいる。それは一般人に溶け込み、諜報活動を行う秘密の忍者部隊。どこの誰が草なのかは本人たち以外は誰も知らない。今日は普通の女子高生たちがモモチのアイドル生配信を楽しんでいた。しかし、一人だけその真意に気付く者がいる。草（このステップと手の動・・・、隊長より秘密の暗号・・・魔法忍者隊、集合命令・・・場所、時間・・・了解した。）こうして誰にも知られず、天界各地に潜む草達にモモチは指令を送っているのだった。
