Exposed hex bolts, cross-head screws and domed rivets sit in countersunk pockets along every plate edge, arranged in functional runs rather than patterns. Panel seams are straight, narrow and slightly uneven where mould halves meet. Yellow-orange identification markings cluster where a soldier's hands and tools would go: a band around the fire-selector switch above the grip, a ring at the front sling attachment point, small squares at each modular attachment point along the shroud's flanks, and a stripe at the magazine release. The rest of the chassis is stenciled with large fictional block serial numbers on the right flank plate, smaller production markings and maintenance symbols beside the ejection port, and a rectangular warning label with a hazard triangle on the rear housing. All lettering is crisp stenciled paint sitting on the curved surfaces of the plates it is applied to, following their slight curvature and breaking at their edges; fine print stays deliberately illegible. Subtle scratches and rubbed edges show bare gray polymer at the corners of the shroud, the grip heel and the carry handle, exactly where handling would wear the finish. Studio lighting from high and slightly behind the camera left: a broad soft key rolls along the top chamfers of the carry handle and shroud, a cool rim from the right traces the rear housing and the folded stock rails, and the underside of the chassis falls into deep shadow. The background is a seamless neutral dark charcoal that is slightly lighter directly behind the weapon and sinks to near-black at the frame edges, so the olive and black silhouette separates cleanly from it; the weapon's own soft shadow is absent because it floats, but each proud panel throws a thin crisp shadow onto the polymer under it. Palette is restricted to olive drab, neutral gray, black, and the yellow-orange of the markings -- nothing else admitted. Every surface is rendered as hard-surface concept art with clean mechanical edge control, crisp chamfers, and no ornamental line, filigree or decorative flourish anywhere on the weapon.
