1girl, solo, very long black hair, low ponytail, long bangs, hair between eyes, blue eyes, star-shaped pupils, white pupils, bright pupils, pale skin, collarbone, closed mouth, white dress, bare shoulders, sitting sideways, sitting on water, front view, full body, open palms facing upward, cupped hands, catching raindrops, water overflowing from hands, water streaming between fingers, water ripples, night sky, starry sky, glowing stars, starry water, heavy rain, rain, dark background, glowing light source, looking down, head tilt, gentle expression, bare feet, water up to her feet, depth of field, watercolor-style anime illustration, thick and thin painting, soft delicate brush lines, faint outlines, translucent hazy atmosphere, rich layered color blending, soft translucent light and shadow, fine sparkling highlights, dark areas rich color, flowing large-mass hair strands, blurred hazy background, Face-on full-body front view of a single girl sitting sideways on an endless black mirror of water, one hip bearing her weight and her bare knees drawn together to the side, feet just below the surface so her soles blur through the water film. Her very long black hair pools and floats around her hip in flowing wide masses, the low ponytail slipping forward over one shoulder and a few thin strands of her long bangs hanging between her eyes. Her white dress, thin cotton loose at the shoulder, clings damp at the hem where it meets the water; the collarbones are bare and clear above the neckline. Both arms are held out from the chest, elbows slightly bent, palms open and cupped upward, catching raindrops, the water overflowing the hollow of her hands and streaming down between her fingers, falling back to the surface. Her eyes, blue with white star-shaped bright pupils, look down into her full hands, deliberate and quiet; her lips remain closed with a small, faint serenity. The scene is an infinite water plane against a dark, blurred night sky, the far edges of the world fading into atmosphere. Heavy rain falls from above in visible slanted streaks, each drop touching the surface into fine rings that widen around her; larger circles herald each drop's impact, while the girl herself interrupts the rain and is haloed by the disturbed water. The stars glowing inside the sloshing water are the only light source: cold-white and pale gold, they cast light upward onto her face and the underside of her chin, catch the streaming paths down her fingers, and glitter in the thin film running over her ankles; the surrounding dark is dim and warm, never black, rich with blue-violet and deep green where the faint star light spills. Small luminous stars are suspended in each falling ribbon of water, trailing from her palms. The sky is a dark starry field, its own points dimmed next to the glowing water, and the background stays hazy and out of focus, the figure sharpest at the hands and face. Technique: soft delicate brush lines, outlines so faint they melt into color, layered washes of transparent pigment over thicker opaque passages, fine sparkling specks of highlight, shadows kept as saturated color rather than darkness, hair built in large flowing planes rather than individual strands. Deeply quiet, gentle and dreamy.
