This year's Halloween project featured ten students working together. From costume designs and decorations to magical broomstick performances, everyone had put considerable effort into preparing for the occasion. To make the celebration even more spectacular, they had organized an aerial candy parade, planning to fly magical broomsticks over a gothic Halloween town after sunset and shower the streets with sweets and festive blessings. At that moment, all ten participants had already changed into their Halloween costumes and gathered beneath a massive pumpkin arch at the starting point. "Is everyone ready?" Miku raised her magical broomstick and looked excitedly at the others. She wore a black and teal witch dress, her pointed hat swaying slightly with her movements. Her turquoise twin tails fluttered gently in the night breeze. Glowing magical ribbons were wrapped around the tail of her broom, ready to leave beautiful trails across the sky. "Of course!" Rin answered cheerfully. The blonde girl wore a white ghost princess dress and a delicate little crown. Silver patterns decorated her flowing skirt, making her look like a genuine princess from a ghostly kingdom. Sitting on her broomstick, her white dress fluttered in the wind. Len stood beside her in a werewolf costume, golden hair beneath a pair of fluffy wolf ears and a bushy tail swaying behind him. Looking at his sister's broom, he couldn't help smiling. "Rin, don't fly too fast later." "You'd better not fall behind!" The siblings exchanged playful remarks, both already eager for the parade to begin. Nearby, MEIKO was carefully checking her costume. She wore a zombie-inspired Halloween dress, with several yellow talismans attached to her forehead and clothing. Her short brown hair and slightly mischievous makeup made her appearance both mysterious and lively. "The talismans are all in place, and the candies are packed." She patted the candy bag beside her and nodded approvingly. "We can't let anyone go home empty-handed tonight." KAITO looked at her costume and couldn't help laughing. "MEIKO, you really look like a zombie preparing to exorcise ghosts." "Then does that make you the magician I'm supposed to capture?" "Wait, I'm wearing an actual magician's outfit!" KAITO wore an elegant blue-and-white magician costume. His short blue hair and blue eyes looked especially clear beneath the moonlight. His broomstick was decorated with blue crystals and silver stars, emitting a soft glow. "If we actually encounter any ghosts, I'll protect everyone," he said with a smile. "Then I'll leave it to you." MEIKO reached out and patted his shoulder. Teto, meanwhile, was completely immersed in her role. She wore a red-and-black devil costume, her vivid red twin drill curls particularly eye-catching. A pair of small devil horns adorned her head, while demon wings fluttered gently behind her. Her pointed tail occasionally swished from side to side. "Hehehe! Tonight, the candies will be distributed by the great Demon Lord!" she declared proudly, holding a large handful of sweets. "Don't eat all of them yourself," Miku reminded her. "I won't! I'll only sneak a few!" Miku smiled helplessly. On the other side, Mio and the White Catgirl had also finished preparing. Mio wore a black-and-pink gothic jirai-kei catgirl outfit. Her short white hair had subtle pink highlights, and her purple eyes looked especially mysterious beneath her eyepatch. A heart-shaped ahoge stood above her forehead, while white cat ears and a fluffy tail made her appearance both adorable and slightly mischievous. Whenever she revealed her little fang, she looked like a black-and-pink cat preparing to play a prank. "Mio, where's your candy bag?" the White Catgirl asked. She had short white hair with a subtle pink gradient, purple eyes, a heart-shaped ahoge, white cat ears, and a fluffy tail, but no eyepatch. Her navy-blue sailor-inspired outfit created a striking contrast with Mio's costume. "Right here." Mio hugged her candy bag and gently shook it. "I prepared plenty." "Then we'll be able to give out lots of candy tonight!" The two exchanged smiles before climbing onto their respective magical broomsticks. Finally, Gakupo and Luka arrived at the starting point. Gakupo wore an elegant vampire costume, his black-and-purple gothic cape unfolding gently in the wind. His pure purple hair was tied back, with two long sidelocks falling in front of his ears and extending all the way to his waist. His purple eyes appeared deep and captivating beneath the moonlight. Clean-shaven, with handsome masculine features, he looked like an aristocrat stepping straight out of an ancient castle. Luka wore a black gothic bat costume. Her long pink hair flowed over her shoulders, and her blue eyes carried a gentle smile. Delicate lace and bat-wing decorations gave her appearance an elegant charm. Rather than bringing out her own broomstick, she simply walked over to Gakupo. "Shall we fly together tonight?" Luka asked with a smile. Gakupo extended his hand and helped her onto his magical broomstick. "Of course. My broom has always reserved a place for you." Luka laughed softly and settled in front of him, sitting close against his body. Gakupo held the broom with one hand and naturally wrapped his other arm around her waist to ensure she was seated securely. "Isn't this a little too close?" Luka asked teasingly, turning her head toward him. "If you'd prefer me to keep my distance, I could consider it," Gakupo replied quietly. "Absolutely not." Her answer made Gakupo smile. At the starting point, the magical broomsticks were lined up neatly. Or rather, there were nine of them. Gakupo and Luka shared one broomstick, while the other eight students each had their own. When the host announced that the parade was about to begin, the lights throughout the town gradually illuminated. Pumpkin lanterns lined the streets, and the windows of gothic buildings glowed with orange and purple light. A magnificent castle stood atop a distant hill, its towers illuminated by moonlight. Bats fluttered through the night sky, while occasional ghosts drifted between rooftops, adding a fantastical atmosphere to the Halloween celebration. "The aerial parade officially begins!" With a burst of cheers, all nine magical broomsticks rose into the sky. Miku flew upward first, turquoise magical light extending from the tail of her broom and leaving a trail resembling a flowing galaxy. She excitedly waved one hand and scattered the first handful of candies toward the streets below. "Happy Halloween!" The crowd immediately erupted into cheers. Rin followed closely behind, her white ghost princess dress spreading beautifully in the air. She tossed candies toward the streets as silver light shimmered across her crown. "Catch them!" Len performed an elegant turn beside her, his werewolf costume and flying posture making him look like a predator chasing its prey through the night sky. He deliberately flew closer to Rin, startling her into an immediate protest. "Len! Don't suddenly come so close!" "It's part of the werewolf special performance!" Their laughter carried through the wind. MEIKO, KAITO, and Teto also began their performance near the central foreground. MEIKO rode her broom, the yellow talismans on her zombie costume glowing beneath the magical light. She tossed a handful of candies into the air, then waved her hand, transforming them into golden points of light that descended like magical rain. KAITO performed magic beside her, forming beautiful star-shaped patterns in the air with blue halos. When candies passed through the circles, they briefly transformed into sparkling blue stars before returning to their original shapes. "This effect looks pretty good!" KAITO said with a smile. "Then let's do it again!" MEIKO replied. Teto took the opportunity to fly between them. Her red-and-black demon wings spread wide, and her tail traced a playful arc through the air. She deliberately scattered candies everywhere, sending children below racing excitedly after them. "The great Demon Lord is feeling extremely generous tonight!" Mio, positioned prominently in the central foreground, also showed off her own style. She rode a black-and-pink magical broomstick, her white cat ears swaying slightly with the movement and her fluffy tail trailing behind her. She glanced down at the children in the streets before revealing a mischievous smile, complete with her little fang. "Want some candy?" She deliberately hid the sweets in her palm until the children reached out. Only then did she suddenly scatter an entire handful. Pink and purple magical lights burst through the air. "Happy Halloween!" The White Catgirl flew in from the opposite side, her navy-blue sailor outfit looking especially fresh beneath the moonlight. She gently tossed candies toward the crowd before joining Mio in circling the pumpkin lanterns. Their magical trails intertwined into a beautiful heart shape. Mio looked at her and couldn't help laughing. "You know, I think we're actually perfect for this kind of event." "Because tonight, we're the cutest catgirl duo!" They performed playful flying poses together, earning enthusiastic cheers from the audience below. Meanwhile, farther behind the formation, Gakupo and Luka continued riding their shared magical broomstick. Gakupo controlled their flight, while Luka distributed candies toward the streets. Whenever she reached for the sweets, Gakupo leaned forward slightly, allowing her to complete the movement more comfortably. "There are children on the left!" Luka reminded him. "I see them." Gakupo gently turned the broom, guiding them gracefully above the streets. Luka tossed the candies and then turned toward him. "You know? Flying together like this feels even more romantic than usual." Gakupo lowered his gaze toward her, his purple eyes carrying a tender smile. "Anything becomes special when I'm with you." Luka's cheeks flushed slightly, but she didn't look away. She reached out and held Gakupo's hand, and together they guided the magical broom through the moonlit sky, weaving between bats and ghosts. When the nine magical broomsticks flew over the center of the town, everyone scattered the final batch of candies into the sky simultaneously. The sweets transformed into showers of orange, purple, and golden stars amid the magical light, descending from above the gothic castle and illuminating the entire Halloween town. Miku, Rin, Len, MEIKO, KAITO, Teto, Mio, the White Catgirl, and Gakupo and Luka formed a beautiful formation across the night sky. Their nine magical broomsticks left nine dazzling trails of light, intertwining with one another and turning the entire sky into a flowing Halloween painting. At the most spectacular moment of the parade, everyone waved toward the streets below. "Happy Halloween!" Cheers echoed throughout the town.
