A beautifully polished romantic-comedy anime illustration with refined character rendering, elegant clean linework, expressive eyes, delicate facial details, softly luminous skin, cinematic nighttime lighting, and a graceful balance of warm lantern glow and cool moonlight. Inside a guest room of the mysterious Higan Inn, a charming supernatural encounter unfolds in the middle of the night: a handsome young male yokai known as Makuragaeshi is caught turning over the pillow of a beautiful female guest who has just awakened. He is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Japanese pillow-turning spirit, combining the elegance of an attractive young man with a distinctly supernatural identity. He has a slender, graceful build, neatly tousled black hair with soft bangs, striking amber eyes, and a small third eye in the center of his forehead, a subtle reference to an old depiction of this yokai. His expression is playfully composed, with a faint teasing smile, as though he finds the guest's surprised reaction rather amusing. He wears a stylish contemporary dark navy haori over a simple pale inner kimono, an elegant fusion of traditional Japanese clothing and modern fashion. Beside him, the adult female guest sits up in her futon, her shoulders modestly covered by her bedding and her long chestnut hair slightly tousled from sleep. She looks directly at him with wide, surprised eyes and a faint blush, caught between confusion and embarrassment. The young man kneels beside the futon, holding the pillow with both hands as he turns it over in a clear half-rotation. The pillow is suspended between them at the exact moment of the flip, its movement unmistakable and its shape fully visible. A delicate wisp of dark dreamlike mist slips from the underside of the pillow and dissolves into a few soft glowing particles, hinting that he has quietly turned away the guest's nightmare. Their exchanged glances create a playful romantic-comedy atmosphere, intimate but innocent, with the unexpected awkwardness of a beautiful stranger appearing beside one's bed in the middle of the night. The two characters are large and clearly readable, with the handsome yokai positioned on the left and the surprised guest on the right, while the rotating pillow forms the visual center between them. Use a natural three-quarter medium shot at eye level, keeping both faces, the yokai's distinctive forehead eye, his hands, and the rotating pillow clearly visible. The room is a restrained traditional Japanese inn guest room with tatami flooring, a neatly arranged futon, shoji screens, and a single softly glowing bedside lantern. Gentle moonlight enters through the shoji, contrasting with the warm interior light. An inviting, slightly mysterious nighttime atmosphere, balanced character proportions, clear storytelling, subtle supernatural effects, polished romantic anime illustration, masterpiece, best quality, highly detailed,
