A — DIRECT VIDEO MOTION TRANSFER
Use the provided reference video ONLY as a source of CHARACTER MOTION.
Use the target image as the absolute source of the target character's appearance and scene.
Analyze the reference video and transfer the MAIN CHARACTER'S actual motion onto the target character as faithfully as technically possible.
TARGET:
Aim for approximately 95–99% similarity in CHARACTER MOTION, including:
- movement sequence
- timing
- rhythm
- speed
- direction
- amplitude
- acceleration
- deceleration
- easing
- pauses
- eye/eyelid movement
- facial movement
- hair movement
- clothing movement
- secondary motion
Do not create a generic animation inspired by the video.
Transfer the actual motion behavior whenever technically possible.
SOURCE PRIORITY:
TARGET IMAGE = WHAT THE CHARACTER LOOKS LIKE.
REFERENCE VIDEO = HOW THE CHARACTER MOVES.
TARGET CHARACTER LOCK:
Preserve the target image's exact:
- character identity
- face
- hairstyle
- hair structure
- eye design
- body proportions
- anatomy
- pose
- clothing
- Halo
- accessories
- bag
- colors
- textures
- original details
Do not redesign, regenerate, replace, reinterpret, or improve the target character.
REFERENCE VIDEO FILTER:
Use only the intended main-character animation.
Ignore:
- other characters
- unrelated shots
- scene changes
- camera changes
- close-ups that are not part of the intended animation
- background changes
- text
- logos
- watermarks
- TikTok elements
- outro
- unrelated effects
- unrelated objects
Do not copy the reference video's appearance.
MOTION TRANSFER:
Transfer motion only to corresponding EXISTING parts of the target character.
Do not create new animated objects.
Do not invent additional character motion.
HALO — ABSOLUTE LOCK:
The target Halo is completely static.
Do not move, rotate, tilt, resize, deform, distort, wobble, flicker, recolor, regenerate, or reposition it.
BAG AND ACCESSORIES — ABSOLUTE LOCK:
The target bag, strap, accessories, ribbons, ornaments, and other non-authorized objects remain completely static.
BACKGROUND AND CAMERA — ABSOLUTE LOCK:
Keep the target background and camera completely unchanged.
Do not transfer:
- camera movement
- zoom
- pan
- tilt
- shake
- parallax
- reframing
- perspective changes
- lighting changes
- background animation
FRAME CONSISTENCY:
Maintain the exact same target character model in every frame.
No:
- flickering
- regeneration
- texture drift
- proportion changes
- face redesign
- hairstyle redesign
- disappearing details
- newly appearing details
DURATION:
If an 8-second output is requested, select and adapt the most relevant continuous main-character motion to 8 seconds.
Do NOT mechanically speed up or compress unrelated scenes.
LOOP:
Only create a seamless loop when requested.
When looping, ensure the first and final states connect naturally without a jump, snap, pop, or sudden reset.
FINAL ABSOLUTE RULE:
TRANSFER CHARACTER MOTION, NOT VIDEO APPEARANCE.
The target image controls the character and scene.
The reference video controls the character motion.
Everything else remains locked.
