Turkish tea is typically prepared using two stacked teapots called "çaydanlık": The lower is used to boil water and the upper is for the mix, producing tea with a strong flavor that can be served diluted according to taste -- but always boiling hot. It is poured on traditional tulip-shaped glasses called "ince belli".
