Attempt 1 at Robotic recreation of E:24 (The Adventurous Rodent)

We heard about E:24 (Who is a Friendly, Non hostile, Mouse/Rat Adventurer) from a (CLASSIFED) source talking about some of there adventures, we did some investigating ourselves and found that the reason why his adventures go well even when the odds should ve in his favor is due to him have a very unusual large amount of Good Luck like some other entity's that other organizations have found (An example of another entity of luck is a man named Utsuro), so much of it that when we tried to contain E:24 he was able to get away from us not just undamaged but without a single agent seeing him. So instead we tried to use samples of his fur to see if we can recreate E:24 so we can use his luck to either contain or neutralize other entities that we encounter.
