Eyes of the Alleys Incident: Features E:491 (Aparatol)

On a street somewhere in Michigan, A man's in there 30s went through an Alleyway but unfortunately ran into E:491, (The man was part of a gang and wanted people to be his 'eyes around the city'), somehow E:491 knew this and offered the man a deal to "Have some eyes across the city" and the man accepted, sealing his fate, when our agents got to the scene all we found was the man's left arm sticking out of one of the building walls in the Alleyway. (What we think happened after the man accepted the deal is this: due to E:491 being a spirit we think that most likely the man was dragged into the wall by E:491, this is the most likely thing to happen since we did find the rest of the man's body in the wall) tho the most twisted part was that the man's eyes were in the dead center of the wall, We guess that is what E:491 meant by "having eyes across the city".
