Vocaloid Kamui Gakupo Megurine Luka
💜💗💜💗💜 Story 💗💜💗💜💗 Leisurely Moments in the Sea Breeze The morning sunlight gradually grew brighter. The sea breeze swept across the wide beach, carrying a faint scent of seawater. Waves repeatedly rolled toward the shore before slowly retreating back into the ocean, leaving temporary trails of water across the sand. Luka and Gakupo continued walking slowly along the coastline. Neither of them was in a hurry to return to the hotel. Since they finally had such a leisurely moment together, they wanted to make the walk last a little longer. Luka looked down at the sand beneath her feet and suddenly spoke. “Have you noticed that it’s been a long time since we’ve taken a walk this leisurely?” “Yeah.” Gakupo nodded. “Even when we don’t have performances, there’s usually practice or something else to take care of.” “And whenever we go somewhere together, there are always staff members around.” Luka said with a small laugh. “When we were walking around the shopping street yesterday, I actually felt like I had forgotten how to shop casually.” “Because normally, we follow a schedule.” “Exactly.” She gently kicked a small mound of sand beside her. “What time we arrive, where we go, when we leave—everything is already planned.” Gakupo looked at her. “So now we can just walk wherever we want.” “We can walk for as long as we want.” “We can go wherever we want.” After saying that, they looked at each other. Then they both laughed. “This is what a real vacation feels like.” Luka smiled. They continued walking for a while before Gakupo suddenly pointed toward the distance. “Look. There seems to be a small lighthouse over there.” Luka followed the direction of his finger. Sure enough, a small white lighthouse could be seen at the other end of the coastline. “Do you want to walk over and take a look?” “Sure.” They changed direction and continued toward the lighthouse. Along the way, Luka suddenly noticed several beautiful seashells nearby. She crouched down. “This one is pretty.” She picked up a small shell and carefully examined it in her palm. Gakupo crouched down beside her. “It really is.” “Should we take it back with us?” “Sure.” Luka carefully put the shell away. After walking a few more steps, she found another one. “This one is pretty too.” “Then take that one as well.” “Do you think I want to take home everything I see?” Luka puffed out her cheeks deliberately. Gakupo smiled and raised both hands. “I’m just stating a fact.” “Hmph.” Luka turned around and continued walking. But the corners of her lips were still slightly raised. The distance between them did not grow. Instead, they continued walking side by side. Whenever the waves approached, they walked across the damp sand. Whenever the waves retreated, their footprints appeared once again. “By the way.” Luka suddenly spoke. “Hmm?” “If you weren’t an idol, what would you want to do most?” Gakupo thought for a moment. “That’s actually a difficult question.” “Why?” “Because I’ve been making music for as long as I can remember.” He looked toward the sea. “So it’s difficult to imagine what life would be like without music.” Luka quietly listened. “What about you?” Gakupo asked in return. Luka thought about it. “I might travel everywhere.” “Travel?” “Yeah.” She nodded. “Without having to rush from one schedule to another, and without constantly watching the time. If I saw somewhere beautiful, I could stop and enjoy it. If I found something I liked, I could take my time looking at it.” “That sounds very much like you.” “Right?” She smiled. “And I could eat lots of local desserts.” Gakupo couldn't help laughing. “So that's the important part.” “Of course.” Luka answered seriously. “How could you travel without desserts?” The two of them laughed again. When they reached a flatter section of sand, Luka suddenly stopped. “Look.” She pointed at their footprints. The footprints that had been clear moments ago had already been partially washed away by the seawater. “I said yesterday that footprints disappear quickly.” Gakupo nodded. “But we can keep walking.” Luka looked ahead. “And leave new ones.” “Yeah.” They continued forward. Sunlight glittered across the surface of the sea, while the distant waves sparkled brightly. There was no camera recording them. No fans waiting for them. And no work-related demands. They were simply two people enjoying a vacation. They talked as they walked, watched the sea, and stepped across the soft sand. Sometimes they laughed because of something one of them said. Sometimes they stopped to look at seashells. Sometimes they said nothing at all and simply walked side by side in silence. For the two of them, these simple moments had become the most precious part of their vacation. The lighthouse in the distance was getting closer. Luka looked up at it. “We’re almost there.” Gakupo smiled. “Then let’s go take a look.” Together, they continued toward the lighthouse. Behind them, their footprints stretched into a long trail between the sunlight and the waves. And their conversation was far from over.
