Feena (Grandia)

Feena from the classic jRPG "Grandia"

Recommended Strength: 0.9-1.0

Default Outfit: FeenaGrandia, green hair, green eyes, long hair, low-tied hair, hair tubes, hair ornament, necklace, orange crop top, detached sleeves, wide sleeves, midriff, miniskirt, thighhighs, torn thighhighs

There's already a Feena lora here on Civitai, but I wanted to make this one for personal reasons. Just one hang-up on this one: the low-tied hair can be iffy to spawn. I recommend bumping the strength/priority of that tag and adding ponytail to the negatives.
